The "SWV" watermark in the lower right stands for Something Weird Video. They are a distributor who put out a lot of old B, semi hardcore and stag compilation movies from before the 70s. It's likely from a compilation. The original might not even have a name. SWV has a website if you want to look, though their catalogue is huge.
